Prepare/Enrich is an interactive assessment that can help couples, primarily those engaged to be married, to increase relationship satisfaction. Aspects of your relationship that will be explored in premarital counseling therapy include: communication, conflict resolution, partner style and habits, financial management, leisure activities, sexual expectations and intimacy, family and friends, relationship roles, cultural differences, and spiritual beliefs. Your scores will be reviewed from an in-depth couples assessment, which will be used to discuss your relationship strengths and areas of growth.The assessment itself has been proven to improve relationship satisfaction; however there is something extraordinary about the relationship a certified facilitator, such as myself, develops with a couple that truly helps the couple grow more than they would on their own.
You'll discover how altering your thoughts, cultivating appreciation for both yourself and others, and discovering personal alignment will help you draw out the best in those around you, whether you're a couple looking to improve your relationship or an individual wanting to build better relationships.
In this practical workshop, you'll practice easy techniques for altering your old thought patterns, making bad situations better, and developing appreciation for both yourself and other people. You'll discover how to get out of old patterns of relating to one another, how to find personal alignment with your best self, how your thoughts and energy signals affect your relationship, how to shift your focus as a couple from problems to solutions, and the power and joy of an enlightened relationship!
